Jen and kids go to Big W at Wonthaggi to pick up some fish nets etc. Sean and Sarah head back to Tarwin Lower. We all join up for a b.b.q. lunch (peaceful, as Ryan naps in car!} Back to the house to take the kids fishnetting in the rock pools from 2,30 to 5pm. No creatures as the tide was in, but the kids had great fun. Sarah and Sean returned at 9.45 with still no fish, but another close shave with a toadfish. Sarah caught two juvenile salmon, but too small to keep. (On the way to Tarwin Lower they tried a different route and ended up in Leongatha – 22 kms out of the way from where they intended to go!
