Marty, Alice and Jack returned to house after two weeks away in Canberra and Jindabyne (via Mallacoota) We drove from the Snowy region via the “Bally Way”- a dirt track mostly. Arrived at Inverloch about 8pm, but Jack saw the Carnival was in full swing, so we had to let him have a few rides. $20 later we arrived at the house. The shed had been broken into (tenants?) for the fishing rod perhaps. We won’t have them again. The house was left clean though. They must have drunk an enormous amount of “Jim Bean”!! and left a C.D. of rap music in the garden.
