Grandma down today taking the route through Nyora, Poowong, Kurumburra to Inverloch. Such lovely scenery! Arrived about lunch time to find Alice undercoating – Jack playing with a neighour’s child – Marty fixing a clothes line in place.Then a man came to take away two loads of wood. Marty and Alice stacked what was left along the fence. Fire restrictions are in place at the moment and perhaps will last until summer is well and truly over. With the gas bar-b-que on the deck, I don’t suppose we will have much use for firewood in future – too messy anyhow. The holiday makers are here in droves already. There were about 30 or more lining up to buy fish and chips this evening.
